Yes, StreamExp is completely free. Optional paid features exist in the shop (enhancement Teas for viewers and streamers, Merchant subscription for streamers).

From a live streamer's page, open the Quest panel and start a quest. After completion, you earn Minerals (Gold & Diamonds) and XP. These minerals can then be exchanged at the Merchant for Credits, redeemable for real rewards. If you leave the stream or the page goes to the background, progress is paused for up to 72 hours.

The Merchant is the platform's central exchange hub. You sell your Minerals for Credits. Subscribed streamers (Merchant role) appear in rotation — you can watch their stream directly from the storefront. Regular visits let you maximize your exchanges and support creators.

Every completed quest earns you XP. As you accumulate XP, you level up. The higher your level, the more minerals you earn. It's a virtuous cycle: the more you play, the more you earn.

The Leaderboard rewards the most active viewers over a 14-day cycle. You earn points by completing quests and watching streams. At the end of the cycle, the Top 5 share a pool of Gold and Diamonds.

Some quests can be completed multiple times in a row (e.g. 5/5). Once the maximum is reached, an 18-hour cooldown activates before you can start this type of quest again.

Tokens are used to buy Teas in the shop. Teas are consumables that give temporary bonuses: +25% Gold & Diamonds, +50% XP, reduced cooldowns, doubled loot, or 1 hour of premium quests for your viewers (Generosity Tea, Streamer only).

When you complete all available quests at a streamer's channel, you unlock additional rewards. This encourages you to explore new creators and diversify your viewing sessions.

The Credits you accumulate at the Merchant can be exchanged for real rewards: discounts from our partners, gifts, exclusive access, and more. The rewards catalogue is updated regularly.

You have a unique referral code. When someone uses it at sign-up, you both receive rewards. The more people you refer, the more milestone gifts you unlock.

Connect your Twitch account and choose the Streamer role. As soon as you go live, you appear in the global panel. Your viewers can complete quests on your channel. The Merchant subscription places you in a rotation on the Merchant page and includes Tokens/month.

The StreamExp bot is a simple viewer account that joins your Twitch chat to automatically verify your viewers' quests (presence, messages, etc.). It never speaks, doesn't moderate and doesn't interact with anyone — it's completely silent. Activation is offered during sign-up, but you can also enable or disable it at any time from your Settings > Bot Integration.

The Generosity Tea is a consumable reserved for streamers. It allows the streamer to offer better rewards on their quests for 1 hour. Streamers who consume it also appear in the Premium Quests carousel.

Click Log in, authorize StreamExp via Twitch, and choose your role (Streamer or Viewer). That's it!

Yes. We only store data necessary for quest operations. Your Twitch credentials are never stored on our servers. You can delete your account at any time.

Streamers can report viewers from their dashboard. Viewers can contact support via the built-in chat or the support page.

Go to Settings > Danger zone and click 'Delete my account'. This action is irreversible.
